RAZORBACK BARBECUED ONIONS
6 medium onions 1-2 sticks butter salt and pepper to taste
Razorback Barbecue Sauce (hot or mild) Peel onions and remove
centers. Fill with butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Place
each onion on a square of aluminum foil and cover with sauce.
Twist top of foil tightly and place over medium-hot fire
for 1 to 2 hours or in a 300-degree oven for about 1 hour.
