THE LEGENDARY KING OF BARBECUE

“Serve no swine before it’s time, serve no beef at any time.”
“You gotta start with good meat and you gotta have slow cooking. You gotta cook it low and cook it slow.” |
“GOOD FOOD AIN’T CHEAP, CHEAP FOOD AIN’T GOOD.”
